Shipping
At Crescencia, we carefully package and ship every order to ensure your handmade items arrive safely. Most orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment is received. We will communicate with you in case of shipping delay for any reason. Custom work processing will vary by project.
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates
Orders within the United States
$8 flat-rate shipping anywhere. Free Shipping on orders over $150.
International Orders
$15 flat-rate shipping. You are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes. International delivery times vary (usually 1–3 weeks).
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with photos of the item and packaging. If your order is lost in transit, we’ll help you contact the carrier and resolve the issue.

Returns

We will accept returns on full priced items if item is posted within seven days of receipt in original condition and at buyer's expense. Refunds are issued through original payment processor, minus processing fees, upon receipt.
